Exercising is indeed like a form of de-stress.
After working on my projects yesterday, its time to breathe some fresh air outside.
I finally have that discipline to wake up early to gym. Yes, one of the resolutions this year is to cut the laziness outta me. So together with
Sinyu and
Wenxing, we worked out in the gym for a good ol' 2 and 1/2 hours. I feel pretty accomplished after that. Haha.
And we are all planning for a weekly gym and badminton session aftermath now.
